New York, USA, 08 November 2007 - Raytheon and Etherstack have demonstrated their break-through solution for migrating to full wide-area P25 trunking in a gradual, flexible and cost efficient manner by building a three site P25 trunked network for the Wisconsin State Patrol. The Raytheon JPS P25 Channel Controller (P25CC) and Etherstack software were used to construct this network from legacy analogue repeaters.
